Hi @ComfySofa,
Thank you for contacting our community.
May I know when did the issue start? Before the firmware update or after that?
While you mentioned LED cycling, does the router's Wi-Fi also disappear and reappear repeatedly? Please take a photo of the abnormal LED.
At this time, can you still log in to the web management page of the router?
Please try the suggestions below:
1. Make sure the original power adapter is used, try another power socket/outlet.
2. Unplug all Ethernet cables attached to the Router, change the Wi-Fi network name into another one to disconnect all wireless client devices, see if the issue disappears.

Hi @ComfySofa,
May I know, is there any update? Is the router network of router restored?
How many routers do you have at all?

Hi@ayub407,
Thank you for contacting our community.
May I know what is the model number, hardware version and firmware version of your router?
How to find the model number of your TP-Link device
How to find the hardware and firmware version of my TP-Link device
Were you updating the firmware when the problem occurred? Please note that cycling LED means the system is starting up or the router is being upgraded. Do not disconnect or power off your router.
In addition, is the network restored now?

@Joseph-TP
Hi,
Here is the details of the router
I got this router last week, updated it and set it up and the router works fine so I don't have any issues with the WiFi or LAN connection.
The only problem is the LED lights are cycling, the front three buttons doesn't seem to work when I press it and the LED lights doesn't switch off despite I clicked off in the router configuration web portal.
