Wifi Blocked

A member of my family uses an automatic sky broadband shield and its now blocking my extender. Is there any way around this without going through the sky app as that isn't an option.

If it is an automatic sky broadband shield, it should be unavoidable to be blocked, otherwise the device will be ineffective.
Alternatively, you can ask the device whether it can open a whitelist for specific clients to use the Wi-Fi network normally
