Hi,

I have a Hisence AC that will not connect to my WIFI. When i first got the unit, it connected fine. Ater a few month, the WIFI has stopped working and I for the life of me get it to reconnect. I have tried everything, from rebooting the router, reseting the AC unit ect. Im I missing something? Thanks

Hi @Ryan790,

Thank you for contacting our community.

May I know what are the model and hardware version of your router? Please refer to:

How to find the model number of your TP-Link device

How to find the hardware version on a TP-Link device

Can other clients still access the network? If yes, I suggest you check whether the network connection of Hisence AC is normal?

You may need to reset Hisence AC and reconfigure it. So you can contact the support of Hisence AC.
