Hi I had to get a new modem the app says it can't login to extender but it seems to be connected to the wifi as it's showing connected ?

can you help ?

Thank you for contacting our community.

If you want to connect the RE650 to a new modem, please reset it firstly and configure it again.

With the power on, please use a pin to press and hold the Reset button for 1 second to reset the extender.

If you change the modem then it's better to reset your RE650 and re-configre it from scratch. To reset the RE press the reset button for about 10 seconds.

If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue. If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue as a "Recommended Solution". BTC:149wubkkfoLmNDjDbiTxx4ZU8mpcMA5CJt
