im located in Perth Wa and will be getting FTTP (by NBN) by the end of the year

im looking at building a home server setup to run/connect certain aspects around the house

Based on my needs and research, ill need a Routor after the NTD device and then a switch.

My criteria for my Switch is of the following or as close to as possible.

24 port minimum of these ports

- 4x 10 Gbps in either RJ45 or SPF+

- At least 8 PoE port

Then 2 uplink ports in SFP+. SFP28 would just be a bonus but not necessary.

If possible i would prefer a Routor/switch combo instead of 2 devices

Price limit max of $1000AUD

Any help, support or feedback is appreciated 

P.S im trying design this to be future proof for one day when moving homes it will be plug and play except for running new cables and/or just add another switch if needed. as well as keep up with increasing FTTP speed upgrades(multi gigabit)
