Do you forget login password of the router? If yes, you need to reset the router: Press and hold the RESET button until all LEDs turn on to reset the router to its factory default settings.

Please note that TL-WR850N is a customized device specifically designed for local Service Providers. We recommend contacting the technical support of your Service Provider who supplied the device, as they are best suited to provide the necessary assistance for your device.
