Monthly Report Data Not Resetting Properly (Deco M5)
Dear TP-Link Support,
I am experiencing a serious issue with the Monthly Report feature on my Deco M5.
Even after I perform a reset of the Monthly Report data via the Deco app, the usage statistics remain unchanged once the report updates.
Initially, the data disappears, but shortly after, the previous usage reappears as if the reset was never performed.
I have tried resetting the monthly data several times, but the problem persists.
This issue is critical for me, and I would like to request a way to fully and permanently reset the Monthly Report data so that all usage history is completely cleared.
Additionally, if possible, I would appreciate it if you could provide a breakdown of data usage by device on May 23rd~May24th.
