I have two ER706Ws linked together with a site-to-site VPN (Auto IPSec).  While at site A or site B I can communicate with devices at either site. 

 

I also have a wireguard VPN service at site A.  When I am on another network and the wireguard VPN connected (to site A) I am not able to communicate with devices at site B.

 

Is this a defficiency of auto IPSEC?  Do I need to create a manual IPSec site-to-site VPN?

You can set up SD-WAN, then Wireguard will have full access to all sites
