No wifi signal on tp link

I have a Tp link 200mbpsAll lights show green on the box and its connected via Ethernet cable to the modem.The 2nd box (av200) is plugged in the mains. The top 3 lights are green the last one (wifi) isn't on.Problem is on my iPad and laptop I ain't getting tplink option as wifi?What do I need to do?
