I entered a typo, but the version I have is V2 not 1.2 (no such thing for this model).

For V2, it only shows "Apps". No firmware so assume there is no firmware update for this model?

Yes thanks Vivian. I understand but there is no firmware for V2, only for V1. I have the V2 model and was surprised to see there is no firmware for V2.

It means that V2 is new and has no newer firmware yet...
