just bought this router TL-MR3020 and connected my ZTE modem model MF821D but its not detected ???? i just bought the device last night. please help !

come on guys ? is there is a way to connect the ZTE MF821 to the MR3020 ?? i need to know this asap so i can replace it if there is no way. !

Try to update your firmware from this link : http://www.tp-link.com/lk/download/TL-MR3020.html#Firmware if it was not working try to contact TP-Link technical support.

My device already updated to the latest firmware out of the box. what do you mean by contacting TP-Link technical support.? am already on their support site lol. they are very slow to response .i found couple of posts about incompatibilities issue with MF821D.

no more headache. i returned it back to the store and took refund.
