  @frenchman Yes, I received one with serial number starting with 2254 and now USB-C works.

The TP-Link UH9120C hub’s USB-C port is mainly for charging, not data transfer. For gaming like pvz fusion mod apk, always ensure safe downloads from trusted sources to avoid issues.

I own a UH9120C V1 with serial number 224C0E.... The device is completely non-functionalnone of the hub’s ports work (USB-C, USB-A, HDMI, Ethernet, card reader, etc.). I am unable to get the hub to operate at all; Windows does not detect any working device when the hub is connected to USB type-c.Windows does not recognize any device.

  • Has anyone experienced a fully non-functional UH9120C V1 with SN starting 224C…?

  • Is this a known hardware defect for this batch and has TP-Link provided a firmware or hardware fix?

  • If this is a hardware fault, please advise the RMA / replacement procedure and expected timelines in Turkey.

  • If TP-Link can provide diagnostics steps, firmware, or a specific driver for my SN, I would greatly appreciate it.

I would appreciate an official response from TP-Link support or community members who encountered the same issue. Thank you.
