N600 TL-WDR3600 blocks youtube, netflix and play store

From time to time I cannot access youtube, netflix and play store but can browse in chrome in tablet (connected in 2.4GHz) but my cellphone has no problem which is connected in 5GHz. I need to restart the router to fix it. It might see it as an attack that's why it blocks access to those ones.
How can i fix this one? what should be the setting in the advance security?
