Hi guys, I bought a c9 archer to 1 days ago and has already frozen three times, and now frozen forever. I tried to reset 10x (by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds) and nothing happens, all the lights remain on.I unplugged it of energy and nothing happens, always lights are on...ALL LIGHTS.


I not yet installed the new firmware.

Any ideia guys?

What do you mean froze?

Did you tried a Hard reset?

Brother...froze... when i turn on router, all light are on FOREVER, no one blink. I turned off 200x and turn on 200x nothing hapen... always all lights are on forever.

Reset button not work... i tryed 200x :(

how is hard reset? Buton reset?

Is it still under warranty? Try to get a replacement from the retailer.

With the unit powered on, press and hold the reset button on back of unit for 30 seconds
[*]Without releasing the reset button, unplug the unit and hold reset for another 30 seconds
[*]Plug the unit back in STILL holding the reset button a final 30 seconds
