Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20250428 (Beta Firmware)

I installed the app on my kid's phone.

In the permission-granting step, I got stuck on step 8 - allow the app to auto-start with boot.

The permission cannot be granted as shown in the video.

While checking the app's general permissions, it appears that the app automatically granted the option, but I cannot proceed to the next step.

Hi@Hozainov,

Thank you for contacting our community.

Have you tested authorizing different phones? Or using different phones to log in to your TP-Link account as the host?
I don't see the video you sent here. Can you send the video to support.forum@tp-link.com, attaching [Forum ID 825666] and details, and we will have a dedicated person to assist in analysis and follow-up.

  @Hozainov

Hi! Sometimes Android’s auto-start permission can be tricky to enable, especially on kids’ phones with extra security. It’s similar to how some need special permissions to work smoothly. Make sure you check your phone’s battery and startup management settings too. Let me know if you need help with that.
