Hi, I've an issue woth my RE300 wifi extender, but I'm a french customer.

 

I'm unable to create my log account to start a ticket on the french website > I'd never receive the activation email, I checked my spam box etc.

The AI chatbot send me here, where I was able to create a profile... but, when I tried to login with the same email adress en password in the french part, the email adress isn't knowned.

So, can you help me to redirect me correctly in the french part of the support or can you help me with my wifi extender RE300 ?
English is not my mother tongue.

 

The device is functionnal since 2019 I think (date we move in this house) and sudently, it doesn't work anymore.
There where no changing in our net configuration this days.

So: LEDs are all off on the device. If I unpluged and repluged the device in the electric plug, voici what happened :

1/ the four LEDs are on for 2 or 3 seconds
2/ the left LED is on, the second (wifi LED) is on but RED, the two last are off for an other 3 seconds.
3/ only the left one is on, for seconds.
4/ all LEDs are off

 

I test on a electric plug nearest my wifi box: same pattern.

 

I tried to reset device, hard reset device (holding reset command)... nothing more.


Any Help ?

For your issue, please refer to the following suggestions:
1. Please plug the extender into another power socket.
2. With the power on, hold the reset hole for one second.

 

If the issue persists, please contact TP-LINK Technical Support in France.
