Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

There isn't a lot more to say. Even tho the system up time goes more then 30 minutes I still get disconnected every exactly 30 min. It isn't the modem problem since when I connect to the original network (the non extended one), I don't get dc every 30 minutes. The extender isn't too far away from the modem (I get at least 3 bars all of the time). And I tried already downgrading upgrading firmware. And it also disconnects and reconnects every 30 minutes on my seconds computer.

Does it disconnect and reconnect by itself?
When it disconnects, how about status of lights on the extender? Can you login its web interface to check Status page and System log?
What's the current firmware version?

I also confuse it. What can I suggest is that you double check the configuration of the router. Check if you enable guest network and choose Timeout in the Access Time. Waiting for your replying.

How do I do that?

And Vivian,

Does it disconnect and reconnect by itself? Its identifying the network while having "no internet connection"

When it disconnects, how about status of lights on the extender? Doesn't change
Can you login its web interface to check Status page and System log? I tried few days ago to leave the throughput monitor open and after the dc I got "Server not found" error.
What's the current firmware version? Firmware Version: 3.14.8 Build 140310 Rel.54716n ATM

May be you should upgrade your firmware version for RE first. Download in http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TL-WA850RE_V1.html#Firmware.
What I talk is about the main router, can you login its web interface to check the configuration?Whether you enble guest network.

I don't how to enable guest network. But if you mean by enabling the guest network to connect to the extended network. I can login to the main router and the extender web interface.

Just c heck if you enable the guest network and choose Timeout in the Access Time. If you disable the guest network, I don't know either but you can contact the tplink technical support.
