Having purchased this kit to provide more speed and to improve the random dropping out with the AV500 to find that there is some improvement but not a lot. Both devices are green across the board but are still dropping out perhaps 3 times a day. Is anyone else experiencing this?? In addition they are only running at 230 Mbps on an 18 Gbps connection.

When connection drops, how about status of all lights on powerline adapters?
If they are normal, check local area connection. Is it connected? What's the IP address, default gateway, DNS server obtained?
How did you make them work again?
The router is working all the time? Are there any clients connecting to it directly all the time?
