Two routers??

Hello,
When I bought this router two years ago, I didn't know it doesn't contain a modem part in it. So, I contact my ISP who furnished me one... The problem is that this piece is not only a modem, but it also contains a router. I also have, on my network, a Synology NAS I used, to this day, for backup and so. Recently, I decide to (try to!) mount a Mail server on this NAS, and that's when I detect the problem: ports forwarding between the NAS and the AX11000 is refused, because the NAS detect the presence of two routers: the AX 11000 and the router contained in the modem-router box furnished by my ISP. I've already tried all what it is possible to do to desactivate the router in the ISP box, all failed. So, I think to disconnect this box definitively, to replace it with a pure modem only. My obvious question is: does tp-lin furnish pure DSL modems, without router, which can be linked with my AX 11000, and, if yes, which one? If no, how works everybody having only a pure tp-link router, without modem, in a DSL environment?

Thanks for your answer, this interface very looks like my own, but the Internet sub menu you're speaking about, only contents three lines: the Status, the Uptime and the IPv6 Prefix... Nothing else to see!

Contact your ISP with this request. The difference is probably because of the newer B-box 3 version - B-box 3v+ (which supports VoIP).
If you don't use VoIP service they could swap your B-box 3v+ for an older B-box 3 version and solve this.
If that's not possible the only way to avoid the double NAT in your network is to configure AX11000 in AP mode.

Yes, it supports Voip.
I also think that the best (!) solution would be to contact my ISP, hoping somebody is able to do something, besause using the Access Point option will disconnect my Nas which works only with Ethernet.

When AX11000 is configured in AP mode you can connect your NAS by an ethernet cable to one of its 4 LAN ports, i.e. AP serves both wired/wireless devices.
It's your choce how to proceed - either wait for your ISP answer or you can close the thread before that.

Actually, your ISP Proximus provides really detailed information on their own website. Just follow the instructions they give for using your own router.
In the first step select you want to replace "Router and Wi-Fi access point", because you want to keep the b-box 3V+ as your modem.
The key point I get from their website is that you apparently don't need to switch off or disable anything on the b-box 3V+. Proximus allows to establish a second PPPoE connection from another device (i.e. your AX11000) that is connected to one of the LAN ports of the b-box 3V+.
By the way, this page https://www.proximus.be/support/en/id_sfaqr_mdm_pwd/personal/support/internet/internet-at-home/advanced-settings/password-for-your-b-box-internet-box-and-your-internet-connection.html states that you can find your PPPoE username and password either in the "welcome letter" that was sent to you after you signed up as a customer or online via "MyProximus".

I think I have already seen these pages. The problem is when I try to create an PPPoE connection from my own router: after 30 seconds, I loose the Internet connection. An other problem is the creation of a MyProximus account. They ask informations that many people (like me) have lost; recently in my case. I just retrieve my customer number in a mail; for the rest, some information is more than 20 years old (and comes from the precedent same society (Belgacom))... and recycled! They also ask (joking?!) the date of your last invoice: I try more than a month, all was rejected, no speaking about the pertinence of such an information!
Like already said in a precedent intervention, I think the best choice is to go in an ISP agency, but it's probably without garanty...

@GiantHogweed Hello, I'm back again!
So, I finally go in a Proximus shop which furnish me their new Internet Box.
This one has a LAN 1 Mode Bridge and no other interaction possible, including a web page.
When connected, I open my NAS web page, in the network configuration, and I receive exactly the same message that when using my old 3 V3+ Proximus box: two routers are present on the network!!!
All my connections are correct, I doesn't understand what happens...
The WiFi of the Proximus Internet Box is off, but it has nothing to do with my problem, I suppose...

These numbers are 192 168, followed by 129.10... When clicking on, the web starting page of my NAS appear... which is not the internal network adress I choice to target my NAS...
My NAS is connected to the TP Link router, nothing else.

That is an IP address in the range used by the "Internet Box".
Did you go through all the steps of the "Use your own equipment" webpage provided by Proximus?
