I am trying to set up priority for two specific clients on my network.  I can figure out how to limit traffic on certain QoS classes, but I don't need to limit traffic.  I need to have specific clients get as much bandwidth as they need on the network, slowing other devices if needed. 
I currently have a guest VLAN, an IoT VLAN and a secure VLAN configured on my network.  I am fine prioritizing a specific VLAN if that is my only option.
