Hi there,

We got the M7200 about 3 weeks ago. It kept having some issues with "connected without internet" a few days ago and since 2 nights ago, it keeps saying "sign in required", eventhough we signed in with the correct password (I even changed it to try things). When we then click on "sign in", it goes to open up a website that never appears and then has lost connection. I've tried restarting, rebooting, taking out the battery etc.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @MTemp91,

Welcome to our community.

Could you take some screenshots with the error message and send them here?

Have you tried a different SIM card for the M7200?
