tp-link AX1800 high gain wireless usb adapter not connecting
have just purchased this adapter, installed it a couple of days ago.
the problem i have is i do not have a wireless card in the pc ,so have connected it temp to ethernet. i cant find the connect to a network and input my wifi password to enable the adapter to function. i did manage to find it the other day, and it worked perfectly.
but since then i had to reset my pc , now i can't find the connect to a network. it is frustating me.
any help would be helpful.
i am running win 11 pro.

May I know what the model number of your device is? Please refer to How to find the model number of your TP-Link device
If the model is Archer TX20UH, please note that its supported operating systems include Windows 10, 11.
Please test it on a PC with Windows 10 or 11.
