Tethering

My service provider has given me aa EX220 as main router. I with to extend wi-fi upstairs for a gaming PC. (Needs Wi-FI for Quest 3 VR headset link). I purchsed an Archer AX 55 for upstair extended tethered wi-fi, but procedure to that says the EX220 is not compatible. Is there a way around this?

EX220 is an ISP provided device. For that purpose its FW could be customized for your ISP.
According to the description EX220 is an Easymesh compatible devices as AX55 is too.
If that's the case you should be able to connect AX55 as a wireless satellite to the EX220 following this guide.
If that doesn't work for you, contact your ISP to confirm if the EX220 supports Easymesh or not.
