Hello. I am trying to install the new TP link router to my Vodafone fiber broadband. I have obtained the log in username and password from Vodafone and followed all the steps using both laptop and tether app on my phone and the connection always fails. Can anyone give me any ideas?

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

ISP modem—router )))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

 

Please confirm whether you need to input a VLAN ID, such as 101 or 911. Please refer to How to configure VLAN ID for your internet connection on wireless router (For new logo)
