EB810v 5ghz wifi is fixed to channel 44 only

5Ghz wifi channel is fixed to channel 44 only and it cause unstable internet connect, which drops every few minutes. The mobile application, aginet, is also not connected.
Please let me know if you can send me the updated firmware as I can't find it publicly since the router is from starhub
