Hi i encounter second time this issue i can not see the rooter and the extenders in app aperas i can not register none of them.

Please tell me what App version you are using now? You mentioned that you have contacted the engineer? May I know the case ID?

If a senior engineer is already following up on your case, it is recommended that you and the engineer continue to follow up on this case to avoid repeated troubleshooting.
