Problems firmware upgrade + TP-LINK AV500 Gigabit Powerline Adapter Kit

I use TP-LINK AV500 powerline + Gigabit powerline adapter kit with serial number 12894501603 and my internet connection works 100Mbp (fiber optics), but when I use the powerline, the network lost 90 and only get 10 mgb mgb on the computer. 90% of the speed is lost! If I connect the computer directly to the router, I get the speed of 100 Mbps. So I have deduced that the problem is the powerline why I would like to update the firmware of the powerline, but I can not install the software tool TL-PA551KIT (EU) _V1_Utility in Windows 10 because it tells me that this version of Windows is not supported by WinPcap 4.1.3. Also I am not able to find on their website to update the firmware the powerline. Could you help me?
