WDR4300 losing internet connectivity over 5ghz only

my fairly new wdr4300 started this weird problem,
every now and then the internet connectivity is lost over the 5ghz band but the computer or phone still showing that they are connected to the network.
i can't surf the web and i can't use my local network either.
in the 2.4ghz band every thing is working fine...
the ability to use the 5ghz band return after i reboot the router or flick the wifi switch behind.
i have tried changing channels, disable hardware NAT.
can you help me?
