Router Warranty Replacement Issue

Dear TP-Link users,
i am phaneendra gopal, i am new to this forum.
recently my router was disturbed. so ineed to recover my waranty from tplink india pvt ltd. i contacted the tplink RMA agent through mail. then a mail was came to my mail. on this mail he was request to me to send the router with a courier to Maharastra Address.
but i've a small doubt while if i send the router through courier to tplink india maharastra. but there is no assurance i think. there is no guarantee to replacement. i've all accessories of the router and bill also. so these type of waranty issues are also new to me can anybody suggest me what i can do better for this case..?
