What's going on with Deco BE85? No feedback, the firmware is stuck at 1.1.3 with tons of problems

If it’s a hardware design issue that can’t be fixed with firmware updates, then as one of the top expensive Deco models, TP-Link should take proper action to support customers.
But if a firmware update can fix the problems, please release it, or at least have someone give an update.
It’s not just me, seems like a lot of customers have invested in this product, but the experience has been pretty disappointing.
