BE9300 / Archer BE550 Website issues

I am having issues connecting to specific websites. Specifically, CapitalOne website and ESPN on my Apple TV. The Apple TV states I am unable to stream at my current location. When I use a VPN I can access those sites. Also, notice that some apps are not accessible on my phone. I have an older AXE5400 that I had no issues accessing any websites.
Does anyone else have this issue, or have any idea what it could be?

Thanks for getting back to me.
- If you have the Real-Time protection of HomeShield Pro enabled, please check the Real-Time protection history, if the specific website is blocked by mistake, please reach out to TP-Link support for resolution.
- Check the Parental Control settings, including content filtering and website blocking.
- Try a Mac Clone of your old router if your old router is able to access the site when connected into the modem directly.

According to your error message, the area displayed after IP identification is not within the service area.
Please make sure that you are in a location that has permission to access the ESPN and Capital One websites.
Here are some suggestions:
- Manually set the DNS of the router or clients to 8.8.8.8 (Google) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare). On the router, you can refer to How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI)?
- Go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ to check the IP location and confirm that your clients' IP identification is correct.
- Some websites have unstable support for IPv6, or the ISP's IPv6 address is misjudged. Please check whether the router is set up for IPv6.
If the issue persists, please also contact ISP, ESPN, and Capital One support for assistance. You can request to check whether the account is restricted or the IP is misjudged.

@Joseph-TP Tried everything you suggested. Don't think it's an ESPN. CapitalOne issue. When I hook up my older TP-Link AXE5400, I have no problems accessing those sites.
