Hello@djavadia ,
Thank you for contacting our community.
Have you tried to delete profiles and set up a new one for comparison?
Please verify that random Mac address is disabled on the client.
In addition, please confirm that you don't block these clients.
Best Regards.

@Joseph-TP Good day. Thank you for your feedback.
1. Random MAC address is disabled, I checked this first, users' IP addresses are displayed correctly, I added and deleted them in parental control several times. Unfortunately, this does not help. The block occurs, it is blocked, but why does it not provide access after the time has elapsed, at 8 am the children's Wi-Fi still does not turn on, since it blocks them, then everything works correctly, the problem is in unblocking.
2. Of course I don't block them, these users are not blocked and have access to WiFi, these are my children, I just want them to sleep at night))) from 12 midnight to 8 am so that their WiFi doesn't work at all, and so that they don't call me the next morning "Dad, why isn't our WiFi working?"Of course I don't block them, these users are not blocked and have access to WiFi, these are my children, I just want them to sleep at night))) from 12 midnight to 8 am so that their WiFi doesn't work at all, and so that they don't call me the next morning "Dad, why isn't our WiFi working?"

Hello@djavadia ,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Please verify the time settings on the router and clients, ensuring the time zones are synchronized.
If you can, please hard reset the router for a try.
Please refer to the FAQs below to collect App logs and backup files of the router:
How to create and restore from a backup file on your TP-Link Router
How to collect system log of Tether App
Then email the logs and backup files to support.forum@tp-link.com, attaching [Forum ID 833786] and details, and we will have a dedicated person to assist in analysis and follow-up.
