Can’t find username and password when i try to conect extender

May I know what the model number of your device is? Please refer to

How to find the hardware version on a TP-Link device
Is it your first time to set up the extender? When you try to login the extender, it will ask you to create the new login password.
But if you don't know the password, you should hard reset the extender and configure it again.
