Ac1200 power led and the middle signal force blink blue   My PoE light is full and steady until i plug the ethernet cable to the device and then start fading and blinking green at the same rate of the ac1200. No Wifi signal for that device appear on iphone or iPad  any suggestion?

May I know what the model number of your device is? Please refer to

How to find the model number of your TP-Link device 

 

If your Range Extender can't be powered on properly, not responding to reset or repeat to reboot itself, please refer to the following suggestions:
1. Please plug the extender into another power socket.
2. Hold the reset pinhole until all the lights turn on for one second, then off.
Note: If the reported models are RE220 V3/RE200 V5/RE190 V5, always repeat to reboot, after trying the above troubleshooting methods, please refer to RE220/RE200/RE190 Keeps Restarting Automatically  for further suggestions.
