hello everyone. i had this problem with my modem upon updating firmware and restarting our modem the light indicator of the modem is stuck at first two light and the rest is turn off. i tried to reset modem and even though i steady the reset button up to 30 sec it did not reset at all. hoping to somebody can help. thank you!

Could I confirm if the model of your modem is Archer AX12? Please note that it is a wireless router.

 

Please power off the router and unplug power cable for about half an hour. Then replug it back and reset the router correctly:

Press and hold the WPS/Reset Button for about 6 seconds until the Power LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.

  @Joseph-TP hello sir good day, i just did what you said many times and even do it 30 secs but currently only 2 lights is on the wifi lights is power off same with internet icon. the router cannot be reset =(
