Hello,
I'm new to this router configuration. I bought Wireless router TL-WA901ND. I have following questions.
i. why it's not logging in with http://tplinkap.net while it's written behind it. while when i login with 192.168.0.254 , it's interface logged in?
ii. when i logged in with 192.168.0.254 ip , it gives only option of Quick Setup. while there should be more options regarding settings etc.
iii. why I can't see the name of wireless connection with the name of TP link ? it's showing only the actual name of my internet connection whom signal i'm trying to extend.

P.S. i'm using this router in Repeater Mode while setting up.

Follow the guide here to configure it as a repeater.

1. Both tplinkap.net and 192.168.0.254 will bring you to web interface of WA901. If you cannot login with the domine name, you may check if PC is connected to LAN port of WA901 and Wi-Fi is disconnected on your laptop.
2. If you click on Exit, you will see the menu on left side.
3. In repeater mode, WA901 doesn't broadcast its own SSID. It's SSID will be the same as main router's.

Sir,
my internet connection is upper floor of the house. to get it's full signal at basement, should i use Repeater mode or any other function would be much better than repeater mode ?
also please tell me how to find which ip address will open router interface ? as i get to know this ip address 192.168.0.254 by chance from a friend. it wasn't written on the router's guide book.

Configure your wi-fi connection with the WA-901ND with Static IP 192.168.0.250 and try again. It works fine with mine.
