Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

I have upgraded the Firmware of the router but still its not working. For some of my friends its working after the firmware upgrade. It always says no Teewe device when trying to connect from mobile. If any one has resolution please suggest.

What's the hardware version and firmware verison of your WR841N?
Can you describe the problem in detail when you try to install Teewe?
Did you try to contact TP-LINK support team in India?
