When i check the updates it doesnt show up any newer versions but i saw somethings on some forums there is newer version for my device. Anyone can help for that, download links etc?

This thread https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/644776 indicates that a version 1.2.x firmware is already available for RE705X V2 sold in the US, Taiwan, Canada and Korea.
But it seems you will have to wait a little longer for the EU version of the 1.2.x firmware to be made available by TP-Link.
