Olá, equipe de suporte da TP-Link,

Adquiri um roteador TP-Link EX511 para usar com minha conexão de 700 Mbps da Claro. No primeiro setup, o dispositivo funcionou perfeitamente, entregando a velocidade total de 700 Mbps tanto em modo roteador quanto em modo access point, comprovado via cabo Ethernet (Cat6) e Wi-Fi diretamente no meu notebook.

Porém, após 24 a 48 horas de uso, o roteador começou a apresentar problemas: a velocidade caiu drasticamente para cerca de 90 Mbps, não consegui mais acessar a página de configuração, e o aparelho ficou totalmente travado. O funcionamento só foi restaurado após um reset de fábrica, mas mesmo assim a velocidade permaneceu limitada a aproximadamente 90 Mbps, independentemente das configurações.

Informo também que a temperatura do local está normal e o roteador está instalado em ambiente climatizado.

Para tentar solucionar, realizei os seguintes procedimentos:

  • Reset de fábrica do EX511;

  • Configuração manual tanto em modo roteador quanto em modo access point;

  • Verificação da negociação da porta WAN, confirmando 1000 Mbps Full Duplex;

  • Confirmação do uso de cabos Ethernet Cat6 em todas as conexões;

  • Teste direto no roteador da Claro, que entrega os 700 Mbps normalmente;

  • Atualização do firmware para a versão mais recente disponível no site da TP-Link.

Mesmo assim, o problema persiste, com a velocidade limitada a 90 Mbps em qualquer situação, via cabo ou Wi-Fi.

Dado que o roteador funcionou corretamente no início, mas depois travou e passou a limitar a velocidade mesmo após reset, solicito a ajuda da equipe para identificar e solucionar essa falha.
