Deco X60 and LG C1 Smart TV Connection issues

Hi !
My LG tv doesn't work properly with my Deco :( ...
I keep getting connection lost.
The LG technician test the TV and the logs, and don't see something related to the tv.
Said there are some short disconnections from the router and it causes the issue.
the TV wired to a switch and to the deco.
tried to replace cable, replace switch.
doesn't help :(
any advice?

Are you going deco > switch > tv?
OR
switch > deco > tv
I would try going directly from the deco to the tv and if it improves its the switch. If it still acts up try a different port on the deco - if all the ports on the deco cause the disconnections then it's either the deco or the cable

The connection topology is fiber optic ethernet media converter>main deco>switch>TV
to the same switch I have a small streamer that has no issues at all...
every time the tv has an issue I use the streamer box 😞
connect the tv directly to the deco is not possible (different rooms).

try taking the Ethernet cable that goes from the small streamer and unplug it at the small streamer end then plug it into the back of the tv
If the disconnections stop its the cable you were using from the switch to the tv or the port on the switch that went from the switch to the tv
Could also just be the port on the tv as well

Had already replace few cables
Replaced the switch
Don't know what is the QoS but it's disabled...

Beside the small streamer and tv are there any other devices hooked to that switch? If so are they having the same connection drops as the tv?

There is a pioneer receiver ,as long as the LG TV not connected to the internet it will work fine
in cas both of them connected the receiver will not connect.
Each device gets a different ip
