VPN Client is very useful to have a VPN network-wide, without the need to set it up per device.

 

The device already have a VPN server feature, so a VPN client feature would make it even more complete.

If I'm not mistaken, there's a TP LINK router that has a VPN Client option. Can't remember the model though

  @LukeMason There's an old model that has this feature. Also Archer AX55 Pro has a VPN client feature.

 

Hence why I'm suggesting it for XX530v.

If it's implemented, it's important router blocks any connection in case vpn server is down, router restarts, etc. After being connected to a VPN, if can only return to normal if user disables the function.explcitely. This way privacy isn't compromised in any way.
