BE3600 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router - internet lamp RED
Hello, I purchased the BE3600 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router and have successfully set it up. My internet connection comes via a 5G outdoor antenna, and I connected this signal to the WAN port on the BE3600. From there, it goes to the individual devices – which also works without any problems right away. Wi-Fi is also working perfectly – except for one little thing: the BE3600 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router reports NO INTERNET or ‘poor network’ under ‘Advanced – Network’ in the interface... and the ‘Internet’ light on the router is constantly RED. So everything works (all devices are online, speedtest shows ful speed) – and after the initial installation (I hadn't paid attention to the lights on the router at that time), it immediately suggested a firmware update – so it must have found the internet first.
So my question is: what do I need to or can I set to make the router understand that it has the internet from the upstream device ... which it also passes on to the devices in the network via LAN or Wi-Fi without any problems? Because currently, I can neither check the firmware nor link the TP Link ID in the BE3600 interface – the device reports "... make sure you are connected to the internet and try again‘ or ’Oops... The device is offline. Please check the WAN and network configuration to make sure the appropriate settings are entered correctly."
I am grateful for any advice; apart from this minor issue, the device works perfectly.
