Hello i bought tp link ub5a v2 bluetooth 5.3 and tried to connect it with my pc.
During installation of drivers after doing reset on device manager there was error of generic bluetooth adapter as well as bluetooth USB module. I tried uninstalling it turning it off but after scanning for new devices it was still showing up with error. I tried uninstalling and installing drivers for dongle but still there was error. My system detects adapter but it isnt working.

Please remove the old drivers firstly as below: How to remove old and useless drivers in Windows.

For your case, please refer to the FAQ: Troubleshooting of Bluetooth USB Adapter.

 

If it still doesn't work, please reply here the test results.
