Model: Archer AX17  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20250729

Recently got an AX17 and at first everything was working fine, but then a few days ago I noticed I kept getting an error when trying to log into my MS account through Windows. I thought it was a temporary issue (and not on my side) until I tried again both yesterday and today through the MS web page, only to realize it's still happening. Mind you, I can log in perfectly fine on other routers, it's just the AX17 that for some reason won't let me. This is the error I get, the link leads to a MS support page for error 400.

 

EDIT: Solved, it seems like it was a DNS issue. The AX17 was using Cloudflare public DNS, didn't really think that would be an issue, but after switching to Google the issue was gone.

Generally speaking, if the problem is specific to a new router, you can compare the settings on the old router with the settings on the new router.
