I have had the above system installed for a while and it was working perfectly. Recently I changed broadband supplier and have not been able to get the system reconnected. Not sure if this has anything t do with it but I think that when I installed the new router I may not have logged out of the Deco app before disconnecting. I have tried rebooting but no joy. Maain unit is downstairs and connected to the router and the 2nd unit is upstairs. Any help/advise would be really appreciated.

Did your new broadband supplier (ISP) give you a new modem? If yes I would call them and ask them if it broadcast WiFi. If it does ask them to set your modem to bridge mode. Then see if your deco's  will connect to the internet
