I have an issue with the LEDs of the RE605X: I can turn them of; that's working fine. But if I add a non-sending-mode during night, once the Externer turns back on, the LEDs turn back on as well - and that's not nice in the sleeping room. In my opinion, that's a SW error and should not be the case, right?
FYI: I just got Firmware Version 1.2.10 and could not yet test it.

Hello@chiefbikerider ,

Welcome to our community.

Have you set a Power schedule? Do you mean that you will reboot the RE605X at night, and the LED will turn back on? Please log in to the management page of the extender and check if the LED status is on.

Hi @Joseph-TP, yes, I have set a power schedule as I don't need the WLAN over night. But why is that a reset? I expect the settings to be the same after reboot/wake up as they have been before...?

Thank you!

Hi@chiefbikerider ,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Restarting means disconnecting the power cord and then restarting the extender, not hard resetting it to factory settings.
If you disconnect the power cord and then restart it, the extender will need to reconnect to the main router. The LED primarily indicates the device's working status; it will relight when it can reconnect to the main router. That is why you should check if the LED status button is on.
Would you like to restart the router at night? (That is, set the power schedule to end at night)

Best Regards.
