  @AFV2

i havent found a solution, my temporary solution is just to switch the private IP from off to fixed and vice versa if i need the wifi right away. I've also noticed that my Yeelight lightbulb can't be installed using these Deco BE23 however, if I add one of my old Deco M4 nodes onto the network, the Yeelight light bulb is recognized by the app and installed.

What Decos are you using and what devices are getting disconnected?

I found a solution that seems to be working. I chatted with technical support and they made me turn off beam roaming and fast roaming (those advanced settings). But what seems to really have done it is to turn off the mesh technology setting for each device.

It's annoying to do for every device but u can find it in the app at network -> X Online Clients -> click one of the devices -> mesh technology -> and turn it off for every device

I am having constant problems with my new Deco BE25 dropping. Every laptop, phone or device that is connected at some point will drop connection during internet use to a Deco. This has not happened before I installed the Deco. Just had a new Xfinity internet modem installed a few weeks ago and everything is dropping at different times. I moved the deco's closer to the 1st Deco that is using Ethernet directly wired to modem and moved the other 2 'wireless' decos closer too to see if that is the issue. It did not solve anything and this is on one floor of a house. I want to just ditch these decos at this point as I cant take this intermittent drops especially while trying to work from home remotely but just spend over $200 for them, I have newest firmware updated and have rebooted everything in the house so that is not a solution. Someone please help I called the tech customer service number who just makes me test my speed on an internet page, which he then says yup everything is working! NO IT IS NOT! Tell me what I can do or change to get these to extend my wi-fi. There is no issues with the internet modem, Xfinity was here last Saturday.
