Model: Archer AX23
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.20_1.1.1_20240822

Tplink X23 v1.20_1.1.1 – After upgrading to firmware 1.1.1, the PC frequently displays “This site can’t be reached.” Refreshing the page helps. Similarly, it's necessary to repeat update checks in Linux, so it's not an issue with Chrome itself.
Is it possible to perform a downgrade?
Is it worth trying a factory reset?

Hello @gogo007 ,

Welcome to our community.

Does the error message “This site can’t be reached.” display when you try to log in to the web interface of the router? Have you tried both the IP address and the domain name of the router?

Please use the Tether App to see if you can access the router.

If the issue occurs when you attempt to access certain websites, please take screenshots with the error message and test which websites are affected by this error.

You can try changing the DNS server on the router: How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI)?

Best Regards.
