Hi @LordTerror ,

Thanks for your reply; I seem to have missed it.
So, you're saying that the ONU EPON--Switch (not configured)--AX50 combination is functioning correctly and without the previous error?

Can I know the specific models of the ONU EPON and Switch? Previously, you connected the AX50 directly to the ONU EPON, right?

For the firmware of Archer AX50, we recommend that users use the latest version of firmware so that they can experience new features and improvements in a timely manner. Our problem analysis is generally based on the latest version of firmware.

Best Regards.

For three days I have done the following: ONU EPON - switch not configured - AX50 and the problem with the WAN port disappeared! Most likely there is a software problem between the AX50 and the EOPN. The physical WAN port of the router now works correctly when it is not directly in the EOPN. Joseph-TP  Can I find the stock firmware for the Archer AX50 v1.0 somewhere so I can test it? Because before a few updates, this problem was gone.

@Joseph-TP My issue with Easymesh on my 2 routers have been solved by the official TP link support informing me that the update on my AX72 was not the newest version even tough i used the own router website to search for the latest firmware update.

They told me to download the latest version on the official website. After i did that and test the Easymesh feature i no longer have my internet connection stopped and have to reset the main router manually.

Hi @Pvsman ,

Thank you for your update, and I am glad to hear that the new firmware can resolve the issue.

Firmware update times may vary by region. Some regions also use the US version and sync to the official website earlier; you can manually download the firmware first. Alternatively, you can decide whether to update manually based on the release notes.

Hello @LordTerror ,

Thank you for your reply.

Are you currently using firmware version 1.0.16, or have you updated to version 1.1.1? If you can use the network normally now, it is recommended that you continue with your current settings. I will compile your feedback and report it to the relevant department to further confirm whether any details need optimization.

Best Regards.

@Joseph-TP My contract with my internet provider expired and I signed a contract with another provider, but it uses a completely different ONU. It is currently on version 1.1.1 and works normally without any issues.
