The device isn’t connected to any powerline network

The PA2010 powerline led suddently does not light on and the device isn't connected to any powerline network.
I've tried reset, upgrade and add the device manually with the management utility; but it doesn't work.
When I plug it into a Wall socket the light is on for a few seconds but afther this it turns off.
What can I do?
